On February 5th in Washington, USA, the 57th Prayer breakfast was held with delegates from 182 countries. More than 3.5 thousand people were in attendance. The main speaker at the breakfast was Britain’s ex-prime minister, Tony Blair.

US president, Barak Obama, also gave his speech.

The popular music group, Casting Crowns, was also invited to attend. They praised God with their songs, giving thanks for this wonderful time when enemies could sit at one table and simply enjoy fellowship with one another. People from various religions were united and they prayed to one God.

All of this took place in the name of Jesus Christ. In and amongst the representatives from the many countries, members of the Ukrainian parliament were also present. And for the first time in the history of the President’s Breakfast, four girls from Ukraine were invited to be volunteers. These four girls were from “Alpha and Omega”. This was a wonderful time of fellowship and prayer, of unity and ministry with each other.

In the framework of the President’s Breakfast, the Ukrainian Breakfast was also held. This was the third time such an event was held in Ukraine. Ukrainians and Americans gathered together for fellowship and prayers for both countries. Praise the Lord for such a blessing!
